TIG permite al soldador modular el amperaje con un pedal, agregando calor cuando es necesario y reduci\u00e9ndolo cerca de los bordes. Esto es esencial para tubos de pared delgada donde el riesgo de quemadura es constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los par\u00e1metros t\u00edpicos para tubos de pared de 1.5 mm a 3 mm incluyen de 80 a 140 amperios con tungsteno ceriado 2% de 3\/32 de pulgada. Usamos varilla de relleno 4043 para bastidores de 6061 y 5356 para componentes de 5052 o 5083. Los cuadros de motocicletas suelen estar compuestos por tubos largos y delgados. Soldar una sola uni\u00f3n en un tubo de 36 pulgadas puede hacer que todo el conjunto se curve. Soldamos los lados opuestos del cuadro alternativamente. Por ejemplo, riel superior izquierdo, luego riel superior derecho, luego riel inferior izquierdo. Esto equilibra la contracci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica.<br>10. Dejamos que el cuadro se enfr\u00ede por debajo de 150\u00b0F entre pasadas de soldadura. Un trapo h\u00famedo o aire comprimido acelera el proceso.<br>11. Usando estas t\u00e9cnicas, mantenemos la alineaci\u00f3n del cuadro dentro de 0.5 mm en los puntos de montaje cr\u00edticos.<br>12. Tratamiento t\u00e9rmico despu\u00e9s de la soldadura:<br>13. El aluminio en el temple T6 pierde aproximadamente el 40 por ciento de su resistencia en la zona afectada por el calor despu\u00e9s de la soldadura. Para un chasis de motocicleta, esto es inaceptable. La cabeza de direcci\u00f3n y el pivote del basculante deben mantener su resistencia total.<br>14. Ofrecemos tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de soluci\u00f3n posterior a la soldadura y envejecimiento artificial para cuadros de 6061. El proceso implica calentar todo el cuadro a 980\u00b0F, templar en agua y luego envejecer a 350\u00b0F durante 8 horas. Esto restaura el temple T6 original en toda la estructura.<br>15. Para aleaciones de la serie 5000 como 5052 y 5083, el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico no restaura la resistencia. Welding a single joint on a 36 inch tube can cause the entire assembly to bow. Multiple welds compound the effect. Without control, a frame can pull several millimeters out of alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our motorcycle chassis welding process uses the following methods to preserve geometry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soldadura por retroceso \u2013<\/strong>&nbsp;We weld 1 inch segments in reverse order along each joint.
